I've struggled with GAD and depression since a young child. Over the last few years since becoming a mum, I've really pushed myself to get out there and make new friends for myself and my children.
I've made some great friends but unfortunately most have returned back to work and I'm a stay at home mum.
So now I'm left again to meet more people which is hard enough when you have mental health issues. Mothers/play groups aren't really for me.
So what's the norm. How much of a social life do you have now since becoming a mum? How often do you go out and socialise? Friendships?
