    Elevit made me naseous as it had too much iron for my system, also made me constipated.

    Glad it's not just me having that reaction Elevit. I've switched to Rainbow Light Prenatal One from iherb and it's been a lot better.

    I ended up going to the dr after buying two others and he basically told me that because my bloods had all come back well, and I eat well there wasn't any real benefit of being on the pregnancy multi. I started taking folic acid + iodine and have been all good since 😊
