She really did cut it short!!

I'm not sure how I'd react tbh.. I think I'd cry. Eventually, I hope I'd get to see the funny side..

I cut my own fringe when I was little. It was out of anger and frustration with my mum. I hated that fringe flopping into my eyes, I asked to get it cut, and mum ignored me, so after a few days of asking, I got really angry and did it myself! I cut the entire front of my hair off, right against my scalp! I think I was 2 or 3! I remember it vividly!

Aw look how impressed they are by their amazing hairdressing skills! They look so happy with themselves!

I really don't know how I would handle it if any of my 4 cut their hair. I think I'd see the funny side but be so damn furious at the same time!

When I was about 6, I accidentally got a comb stuck in my fringe trying to do that roly-poly thing the hairdressers do.
The comb got stuck at an angle starting at my hair line so I had a lopsided fringe for ages. Lovely

Omg your youngest girls smike is the cutest thing I've ever seen .

I don't know how I would feel as my girls hair grows sooooo slowly. My 4yo is only at where yours youngest is.

Their adorable faces just made my morning. I'd be laughing and crying I think. But honestly, it's just hair and they are clearly not bothered, gorgeous little poppets!

Sorry op this thread made me giggle. Just before my 5th birthday my friend and I took some scissors from her mum's florist shop. She had her hair up in 2 plaits. Well one got chopped off by me 😜 but she did worse to me and chopped off all my hair. My mum was horrified and took me to the hairdresser with a tea towel on my head 😂 there wasn't much they could do I basically ended up with a crew cut for my 5th birthday. I looked like a boy and also have a boyish name! It was mortifying for a while. But it grew back didn't take that long. And made for a good story for years to come. Hang on to those photos!!!
