Ta hun. I feel like flying up there to help support her! It'd be a relief to know all is well with her and their two bubs but I fully appreciate her focus is where it needs to be. xx (I have her personal email address but don't want to intrude on their personal time together as a new family.)

Just quickly Lovelies because it's been that kind of day slowly turning into that kind of week!!!

    * I've written the letter to the Pharma company r.e applying for listing on the PBS for the medication. Will see how long it takes to get a reply. Tomorrow it's the Local Members turn

    * AF has arrived 2 days early. I thought she was due yesterday FFS's but misread the date in my notebook wrong!! I really, really need to have my eyes tested Girls as I'm at that stage where I think I need reading glasses!!

Speaking of chocolate......I've been stuck in the equivalent of "PMS Kerobokan" for the last 3 days with bloating, cramping, sore lower back, weeping, wailing (of the angry kind) etc, ect and craving chocolate of course!!

Thought I'd try making "better choices" for my body and buy some 70% dark Lindt chocolate (that was on special at Coles)yesterday instead of the usual block of Cadbury's Hazelnut I always reach for and as I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, figured I'd just eat a little bit every night and make it last.

Well....I knocked the whole block off didn't I?? "Better Choices" my a r s e!!!! *snort* Totally defeated the whole purpose!!!

Im sorry to hear that @Rhino take care xx

@BlondeinBrisvegas don't try the salted caramel of the same kind ..its THE BOMB Ive lost track with my weight loss regime too, I need to get back on top of it as i wouldnt mind losing another 5kgs.

To the donor egg cycle ladies, what vitamins do you take when you are going into a de cycle? I was sort of thinking that the whole folate etc comes from the donor eggs doesn't it? Or have i lost the plot? I was wondering if I should just take a pregnancy multi and just leave it at that.

    So excited for @JulieMalooley!!

I'm taking folic acid only as pregnancy vitamins make me ill but elevit is the preferred one to take

Pregnancy is one of the most vital times to get enough nutrients! Babies need all the nutrients and if you don't have them they won't have them. You'll never get enough from your foods and for most people we don't even eat the bare minimum to get a low level of nutrients (thats 2 fruit 5 veg - you'd actually need more like 11 veg daily and even then we'd be missing some nutrients as our foods are lacking these days!)...

Even if they make you sick - take a proper multivitamin (with anti oxidants and minerals etc) one that you trust (great guide called 'comparative guide to nutritional supplements'). they are not all equal! And some are definitely a waste of money!

You know how you push through with meds etc for the treatments before transfers ... well make vitamins one of those MUST have things - not a maybe if I feel like it...

Nutrients that are missing in a fetus will go on to not only affect the babies life as an adult but can also affect their babies...

I'm passionate about this... and focusing on something other than my sad news helps ... sorry....
