    Snack when walked in door from work - some brie on ricecrackers, some choc chips
    Dinner - will be vege packed nachos

    B cereal with proper milk (cows milk rather than almond)
    L toast with Nutella
    D homemade pizza and cheese garlic bread.
    Can you tell I stopped bf on Sunday and can now eat dairy for the first time in months?!!!

    Skin, hair, joints, collagen, glycine, protein, can heal your gut and help you sleep. It has to be. Good quality gelatin powder I use the Great Lakes one the green tub. Have a Google.

    OK, so today I have had..

    Breakfast:
    Porridge with berries

    Mid morning:
    Coffee

    Lunch:
    Lamb and barley soup

    Afternoon:
    Carrot, apple, orange, ginger juice

    Dinner:
    Chicken cacciatore with pasta

    After dinner snack:
    About half a block of that Oreo chocolate
