Breakfast: 1 English muffin with margarine, vegemite and cheese
Lunch- small bowl fried rice
Snack - biscuits with cheese
Dinner - 1 chicken drumstick, salad with spinach leaves, cucumber and tomato, broccoli and home made potato hash browns with aioli
Dessert- Bowl of vanilla/cookie chip ice cream
Cup of tea
Eta: I drank iced tea and raspberry soft drink, no water yesterday I don't think

Breakfast.. I slice on raisin toast with butter, two instant coffees with full cream milk
Lunch.. Went to bunnings, so got a sausage in bread and a can of coke
Snack.. 1 forkful of left over birthday cake and the "antenna" of the lady bird cake, which was a chocolate coated liquorish
Dinner.. Salmon with chips and baby spinach and 3 (yes three😞) vodka lemonades..
All in all, it wasn't a day to be proud of...

Great idea. I'm trying to get back on track with my eating.
Breakfast: we went out and I had 2 x poached eggs on sourdough with tomatoes. So happy I didn't succumb to the eggs bene😊
Lunch: ham and cheese toasted sandwich
Afternoon tea: I had some leftover pastry from making sausage rolls and made the mistake of making some cheese puffs. I lost count but I think I ate about 6. Yum.
Dinner: beef, lentil and capsicum burritos.

I'll do today because of my shonky memory!
Breakfast. Piece of "super seed" GF toast the local baker makes, with butter. Leftover lamb and vegie soup from yesterday. Kid's leftover omelette with second piece of toast. Coffee, decaf with coconut milk (this is actually super yummy and addictive).
Apple. Then a bag of macadamias (yes the whole bag, lol). Heaps of potato "fries" in the oven, then some home made calamari rings.
Still feeling stuffed, but dinner will be salmon and a big salad. Probably some more toast with scrambled egg before bed (preggie, and very hungry at the moment!).

Food diary thread! What did you eat yesterday?
Today so far....
Breakfast was a tub of coffee yoghurt, and a cup of instant coffee..
Morning snack was an apple and another coffee
Lunch was some of the left over salmon from dinner last night
Afternoon, I had another coffee, then I picked up the kids from school, came home and had another coffee!! and 4 grapes
I'm starting to realise exactly how many coffees I have each day!!! Plus the coffee yoghurt!! Holy moly!
Still got dinner to come and then I'll probably have another coffee after that!!!!! Freaking out!
Edited to add in dinner.. Chicken snitzel, home made sweet potato chips, snow peas, broccoli, tomato and baby spinach.
I refrained from having another coffee!!

Breakfast. 2 peices of toast with a banana.
Lunch a few slices chicken teriyaki pizza
Tea. Vegie lasagne. Baked pumpkin and chips

My food today is much better than yesterdays effort:
Breakfast - porridge
Morning tea - mandarine
Lunch - bowl of vege soup and a pear
Afternoon - handful of crackers
Dinner - will be Roast chicken and veges.
ETA - well dinner took longer to cook than expected. Ended up snacking on brie and rice crackers plus a handful (or two) of choc chips. Was thinking of baking choc chip cookies but now don't have enough left. *sigh* I should write down what I eat for a week or two. I'm starting to see why I can't lose weight.

I'm joining because I'm trying to eat healthier and writing it down helps make me accountable for my bad choices 😂😂
Breakfast: chamomile tea
Lunch: chicken katsudon, 2 inari (sp??) rolls from sushi shop and pepsi (naughty was trying to cut out sugary drinks)
Snacks: half bounty bar, half a twix, few jelly babies and few grapes
Dinner: wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce
Looking back at it all written down, I've eaten a lot of crap today 😂😂 oooppps! Tomorrow is a new day!
