    Wasn't the best day for me.

    Breakfast - vanilla yoghurt and a banana
    Morning Tea - mandarin
    Lunch - Vege soup plus a pear
    Afternoon snack - mars bar (large)
    Second afternoon snack - couple of handfuls of sultanas, slice of cheese
    Dinner - sausages, white bread and salad
    Dessert - apple crumble and a vanilla icecream

    Today

    B- a scrambled egg

    L- half a chicken, spinach, avo, salsa and sour cream wrap

    D- a few spoonfuls of spaghetti bolognese sauce with a little mozzarella cheese

    Snacked on a few country cheese crackers through out the day plus drank my cyborg protein

    My day was naughty but oh so delicious!
    I'll eat the healthy stuff next time 😳

    B- 2 slices toast with margarine and Vegemite
    1 coffee

    L- nothing

    3pm, The "I'm-starving-and-there's-still-3-hours-until-dinner" impulse quick snack while out shopping - grilled chicken burger from Hungry Jacks, sml Coke

    D- Went out for Chinese for DH's birthday... I had
    -Wonton soup for starter
    -San choy Bow for entree
    -Beef with plum sauce and veg, fried rice for main
    Can of Coke, water

    Breakfast
    Steel cut oats with full cream milk and a drizzle of maple syrup
    Apple
    Small homemade mocha with FC milk

    Lunch
    2 X slices left over margherita pizza
    Glass of FC milk

    Afternoon
    Small spelt roll with butter
    Cherry tomatoes and cheese

    Dinner
    Potato gratin
    A large head of steamed broccoli (I was craving it!)
    Steamed green beans, snow peas and peas

    Evening
    Apple

    1-2l water

    Today so far.. (I have to reply to this topic throughout the day, or else I forget!)

    Bfast.. I had a coffee and 2 bites of white toast with butter.

    Morning snack I had a coffee and a tub of coffee yoghurt. Then I had another yoghurt.

    Lunch was two scrambled eggs with avocado and 1 slice of white toast. Plus another coffee!

    I've been drinking water from my water bottle as well..

    Breakfast - puriton protein smoothie (4 scoops chocolate), coconut milk (homemade), 1/4 avocado, 1 frozen banana
    Snack - handful of raw chocolate almonds / fresh green juice
    Lunch - Pad Thai
    Ice Latte
    2 glasses of wine and a handful of chips at the Australian high commission (went to a book launch - on the road... with kids - highly recommend its very funny!)
    2 more glasses of wine, bread and garlic butter, chicken liver parfait, grilled Dover Sole and half a Creme Brûlée at dinner with DH
    Not enough water - probably not even 1L

    Breakfast-
    Porridge with berries

    Mid morning -
    Chai latte

    Lunch-
    2x pieces of toast with fig jam.

    Dinner-
    scrambled eggs, baked beans, steamed broccoli (it was a major CBF night)

    After dinner -
    basically a whole bowl of cherries

    I went away with some girlfriends on the weekend and of course over indulged

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast: cheese on bread
    2nd Breakfast: smashed avo on toast with bacon
    Afternoon eats: hot chips with Diane sauce, cheezels, cheese & bacon balls
    Dinner: osso bucco with mash

    Omg so bad yesterday.
    Breakfast: raisin toast with butter
    Morning tea: banana
    Lunch: more like what didn't I eat. Croissants, wraps, party pies, sausage rolls, arancini, crackers, cheese, dip, cake, tarts, and too much soft drink.
    Dinner: small KFC chips. I wasn't even hungry but couldn't deal with hubby having KFC and me not having any lol.

    I can't believe how much I ate, it was revolting. The only vegetable I ate all day was about 2 pieces of lettuce and tomato on mini wraps. So bad for someone who usually eats 6-7 serves of vegetables a day!
