Thought it might be interesting to reflect on what we ate the day before. Just an easy thread for anyone to participate in
I'm more likely to indulge on the weekends, so here's me:
Breakfast: crumpets with butter, vegemite, grated cheese
Lunch: small chocolate thickshake and a toasted mexican sandwich
Afternoon snack: small bowl of twisties
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese
Dessert: 4 squares of Oreo chocolate and about 5 starburst lollies
This is a judgement-free thread by the way - no lectures please!

I ate like a piglet yesterday, probably because I didn't start with a proper breakfast
Mid morning: cheese and Clix crackers
Lunch: two pieces of white bread with butter, cheese, tomato, lettuce, red onion and two packets of plain crisps. Followed by 1/3 pack of the big Milkybar choc bars
Afternoon: pack of swet and salty popcorn
Dinner: home made beef burger in a wholegrain bun with fried onions, more cheese (I love cheese) and salad followed by a big bowl of cookies and crea icecream
I should add I am in the early stages of pregnancy craving sweet stuff, I don't normally eat chocolate or icecream!
Today started better with a can of diet lemon squash (??!!) and a bowl of all bran. I have ryvitas with cottage cheese and avocado for lunch and salmon with potatoes and veggies for dinner. Maybe washed down with more ice cream!
Good idea for a fun thread!

Dinner: 3 tacos (the 'stand and stuff' kind) with mince mixture, tomato, lettuce, cheese and taco sauce
After Dinner: One connesieur icecream (Mint flavoured - yum)
I also baked so I ate two biscuits.
