    Default Random Q - NAB Internet banking

    So this is a bit random, but DH and I have just returned to NAB after a hiatus. Their internet banking interface has changed a fair bit since I last used it. Just wondering to whoever else uses NAB, is there a way to change the names of the accounts? DH and I have a joint account and a personal account, and it would be great if we could better identify which account is which. Any suggestions?

    Yes there is. Sorry am out but can't remember but I did it for our accounts. Google may help.

    It's under settings and it's called exactly that - account nicknames. Think you need to be on the full site not mobile.

    Correct. You can only change it on the full site.

    Hmm I was on the full site and couldn't see it (haven't re-downloaded the app yet).

    Oh, how weird. I just logged in again and the entire interface is different to what it was when I logged in just before. Very odd. At the very least I've fixed it. Thanks all!
