Thanks for the info but we don't need to worry about jobs.

How do you find Orange? I've never been there.

Yes we are trying to get enough money to move to the Mid north coast. South coast is now out of our reach to buy.

What part of the Mid North Coast are you looking at? I love it up there.

We are currently on the South Coast. If I could rent a farm here, I would, but we cannot even afford a basic 3 bdrm here.

I am so desperate for land and space.

Ouch that's a bit harsh. I was born and raised in Orange and that's not my experience at all (apart from the roads). Orange is a great place to live and raise kids. Cops are pricks here maybe because of the idiots they have to deal with.

Please ignore this that isn't what Orange is like at all. I'm sure there are crappy people here but same in any place you move to. It's a beautiful town

Is it really cold there? Does it snow often?

It does get very cold in winter and we do get a couple of falls of snow each year. Some years we get quite a bit of snow and other years not much at all. It's beautiful here when it snows

I love cold and snow. My kids have lived most of their lives in Ballarat. We have been in NSW for a year and they still ask me when winter is coming.
