Seems Dr Heylen "does not favour" prednisolone. Anyone else had this response?

No, but a lot of FS don't favour immune protocols in general. I follow my Drs advice here more than the SA protocol...it's very base level over there, just straight up medicated cycles...if you have immune issues (sorry im on the app so cant see signatues) I suggest you do the same. If you don't have known immune issues I'd first get tested before going to SA and take it from there. I'd rather not be taking pred but I have to if I'm to have any chance at a pregnancy.

Yes, Dr W didn't like it either because of the risk of cleft lip/palate which is small. So i think most CFC Drs would think the same. When i told Dr W i needed it for Immune issues he said i was using it at my own risk

Even my FS here weans you off pred early on in comparison to others because of this risk. I think I was off it by 8 weeks with my pregnancy.

I was on 25mg Pred and weaned off at 28wks pregnancy. You only need it if you have known immune issues.
