Hmm 2 out of 3 that's 66%. I have read somewhere that 65% is typical so that's pretty good. Wish I could remember where I read it. I am probably quoting someone on here!

I wish we had a system like the US where the stats for each clinic was reported on. Take a look at this: http://fertilitysuccessrates.com/rep...tion/data.html

Yep that's a 90% success rate for DE for the no. 1 clinic. LIVE birth rate per transfer. Per freakin transfer! I know where I would be going.

    And this one: http://fertilitysuccessrates.com/rep...1-42/data.html

Blooming 33% for 41 - 42 year olds. 1 in 3! Geez. Sign me up! How the fruck do they do that? What are we quoted here? Maybe 10%. I can't believe it.

The frozen is even better: http://fertilitysuccessrates.com/rep...awed/data.html

78.3%! Am I reading this wrong!!! I feel so fruckin ripped off.

Well that's a bit of hope for us all. Of course the question is: What are they doing that we are not? I want to know! I may have to choke somebody to get some answers.

@greenlady one hatched and one hatching is excellent @Tahli, @winsor, @Blossom74 thanks! First was 10dp5dt and second was the next day. Was worried it was the damn pregnyl. I have my 7 wk scan next Friday and more bloods again this Friday. @Tahli I don't feel too bad thanks, apart from the cramping but I think I had that last time.
Will be a bit happier/relaxed once the scan is done as at the moment I am wondering if there is one or two in there (more than likely one but my high levels are making me wonder...)

Interesting @faithhopeandllove. When I was briefly researching transferring 3 embryos I noticed it was common place in the USA. I also just noticed the clinic with the 90% success rate on average transfer 2 embryos, which means they must regularly transfer 3 embryos to reach an average of 2 embryos. But like you I'd be heading there if I lived in the USA!
@BlondeinBrisvegas I watched the program on triplets lastnight. A good reality check. One of the triplets didn't make it and all I could think of was your Little Bub @faithhopeandllove. I shed tears for your loss. I'm so glad to hear Big Bub is going so well. Not long to go now.
And yep, BiB, I have more FRER's in my cupboard than I'd like to admit to. The more embryos you transfer the more you need, right??
I'm always the woman who sits outside the stats too. Who needs 5 DE transfers for flips sake?!!
Congrats on your result today @Green lady, yay!!
@Precious40 How are you going? I'm worried you're too quiet on a POAS day.
@Blossom74 I hope your adding up and subtracting without the smell of cats wee is going swimmingly today. It was very kind of you to reimburse DH for the lack of s~x.
@Molros It sounds like things are traveling along brilliantly! Happy days!!
@Bongley You're a genius! Splitting the 1000mg Metformin today has worked wonders.

Thanks everyone on your thoughts on little Bubba. I'm going to take your advice and see how I feel on the day then, if I'm not up to it, I will ask for photos to be taken. It would be terrible to say no then regret not having the chance to ever see my little Bub.

I know CFC themselves quote about 60% but sometimes up to 70%. Our SA thread tally shows about 60% success rate but sometimes it floats around 50% for awhile, esp if I'm cycling!!
@Maxwellsmum it sounds like the KED program might replicate these figures. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, again. You have so many top grade embies you can do back to back single FETs for the rest of the year! Not that I wish that for you of course. First time lucky I say!!
I was thinking about your VJJ today. Mine's getting a bit sore from 2 Progy each night. I can only imagine what yours is like with 4 Progy and 1 Viagra. No wonder you needed the Savlon.

@faithandhopellove You're not in Melb are you? I have a gorgeously kind and talented friend who is a professional photographer for Heartfelt.

@tuxcat It sounds like your head is in a positive space, like you've made peace with the path you're on. Enjoy the rest of your med free day and everything's crossed for tomorrow morning. I hope DH is on hand to spoil you tomorrow afternoon with lots of tlc. You deserve it.

thanks @Tahli. I just hope things don't fall apart before transfer, as psychologically thats so hard to deal with. A BFN is easier than not even getting there. but yep, whatever happens its the last one. Time to embrace the donor option and get this show on the road once and for all!!! what date do you fly out? Gosh I hope theres a bunch more BFPs soon!!
