Not ready to give up on my eggs as this failed cycle I got my first and only blasty so I think the wazza supplements might be helping eggies. I also just started dhea a few days ago too.
Anyway, just thought I'd say hi. Sometimes you need to just sink away from all things IVF for a couple weeks.
I'm a bit defeated in many ways but at least I can try some cheap cycles and see if anything comes of them. I really don't know what I'm doing, though. I guess just finding that spot in the sand to draw my line on my own eggs? Tina
    Welcome back Luv!!! 😊

When are you looking at Cycling again???

Welcome back @Tinachris. It sounds like you've got a good plan. We definitely found that we got better embies the longer we were on Wazza's magical pharmacy (and given my age you'd think they'd be getting worse). I hope you find the same thing. Are you going to use Scitropin? FWIW figured with OE that if I had two cycles with poorer results (and protocol, supplements etc were the same) then that would indicate that my OE had reached the end of the line.

Thanks @gagangi it's just finding that place where you think you are doing what and all you can. It's a bit gut wrenching 😿 but I think this is the right approach for me.
I used half of it this last cycle so I am open to doing scitropin again. How are you going? Have you had your second blood test by now?

I don't know. I only just got AF yesterday after the bfn. I haven't spoken to Charlotte yet, it's hard to get in because she's covering hers and warrens peeps. I see her early next Month to see if she'll help me out while I go budget. I would like a hsg tubal patency test. I'm not sure what she will say. When I was with Dr Watson he said not to bother because I'm doing ivf and tubes don't matter. So apparently they're done on day 6 or something of a cycle. Then I started dhea a couple days ago and was reading it starts working after two months but optimally after 3. So maybe 2 months time, about July? I have no idea how the myivf work but I think it's on their time unlike qfg? Anyway, you never stop learning doing all this, do u?

Hello ladies. I have been lurking on this thread for the past couple of months and you are an amazing bunch. I am due for my first FET on Friday 13th hoping its lucky for some! I'm at QFG, but not with the famous Wazza although I try to use his supplements etc. my question is I have been prescribed the Valium but want to know what Wazza recommends in terms of dose and if it's both before and after the transfer? Also I have my brandy at the ready...is that a shot after transfer?

I have had IVF ICSI 1-5 BFNs, with 2 x 3 day embies transferred each time. I had my best cycle in Feb; 9 eggs, 6 mature, 5 fertilised. 2 transferred BFN, 3 frozen at day 3.These 3 will be thawed tomorrow and transferred Friday should they all survive .....day 4, I'm assuming my FS doesn't work on a Saturday but I'm putting all back anyway so I don't mind not going to day 5. Probably kidding myself I know as they are untested also, but I'm ever the optimist as that's what keeps me going

i have been TTC since Nov 2014 using 23yr old donor sperm as I'm single and decided it's now or never. I have one more frostie a blast 3bb from a cycle last August. I have only ever had 4 frosties from 2 of the 5 cycles. If unsuccessful I'm on to DE.
Congrats to all the recent BFPs on the DE journey. It gives me hope for my plan B

I had a scratch and am on the Bondi protocol, but also had those for IVF 5..
thanks in advance for your advice!

welcome @Bradders & good luck with your cycles. getting frosties at all is amazing so it sounds like they're/you're doing something right.

@Felicity Fox we must have been cycling at same time as 19th oct was the date they told me at first scan for Gracie (though I'd calculated at 22nd). glad to hear your bub is still going strong

welcome back @Tinachris. sorry to hear your last cycle didn't go well & good luck for the next one

Hi @winsor yes I was in SA doing the donor thing at the same time you were cycling... I was keeping an eye on you and I was very sorry to hear about the loss of Gracie - those first few weeks of pregnancy are so hard, every day feels like such a milestone.

@Charlie74 what a bloody hide this guys got, telling you it will be alright. I think I would speak to the insurance company and tell them what he has said and ask their advice on what to do next. No way would I be going with his cheaper option, fruck that. It sounds like he's trying to stall you so I would be ringing right now. If you have to get the police involved then do it. Dodgy, that's completely uncool, unless you guys were friends and they really did have someone who could do the job properly and you trusted them. What is your dp saying? How damn annoying for you. Don't sit on it, speak to someone asap
