Can you please share your hints or agencies, websites for finding a reliable caring, experienced, live in aupair please. questions to ask, problems you have had, advice you can give us from your experiences,
the family live in a lovely spacious bright house and are very easy to communicate with and get along with
they already have aswell a cleaner and are easy to get along with but need someone reliable and caring, who can
drive the young child to nearbye kinder and back daily
care for bottle fed newborn
clothes washing using dryer or clothes racks next do dryer
prepare very simple easy meals
tidy a bit, care for morning evening routine of kinder child
and care for newborn
any advice/experience would be appreciaed please

There are quite a few FB pages for Au Pairs in differences major cities. I'd recommend joining them, and those families will be able to provide you with heaps of info, contrary guidelines and possibly references.
In the short term, there does seem to be a lot of qualified nannies / carers on find a babysitter. com (.au?) but they're about $25 per hour depending on where you are.
