    I wasn't offended. I used to beleive that sentiment too until this time around. First four kids dropping 20 to 25 kilos was easy. After number 5, with three of them at home and no family to babysit, and feeling very alone and snowed under with dishes and laundry, losing just ten kilos has become a concentrated effort. But on the up side, at 72 - 73 kgs, which is about 8 to 10 kgs heavier than my usual weight, I actually like the way I look. Maybe its because kim kardashian has replaced kate moss in the media. Lol. Keep on keeping on everyone!

    Weight loss for May so far. .2.2kgs. Pretty happy with that so far.
    Averaging 1kg a week.

    AFM I'm back to my starting weight for this month. I'm actually happy for maintaining!
    In the past if I'd start to eat badly I would just throw my arms up and feel like I've wasted it all and give up.

    This time I own it and move on. Pretty pleased. As DH said this morning, this is not a diet this is how we should and will eat forever.

    Yes I do! I've never particularly eaten bad food. .just too much good food I think. Portion too big etc. WW is definitely teaching me better food choices.
    The program appeals to my control freak tendencies! ! Lol.
    It's a bit slower going. ..but as long as scales go down.
    I keep saying to my DH what you're DH is saying! ! This is forever! ! Lol

    I can't add my weight this week, too much happening around me, I have only gone to the gym once this week instead of five. sick granddaughters, and a son in hospital, just too much for my brain to carry. I don't think I could have gained any weight, I have hardly eaten. Anyway, by next Friday I hope to be back on track. good luck everyone, marie.

    Mid-month and I was 75.8 this morning, down from 77.2 on the 3rd. I think most is due to a raging head cold with no appetite. I won't complain, but let's hope I can lose 800+ grams by the end of the month.

    im back home and also back to the gym. I have had a crazy time, but I weighed 71.5 this morning. A combination of stress, poor sleep, poor eating, and running around after other people. I also have a bit of a head cold so I am surprised im even functioning. good luck everyone, marie.
