I'm hoping to lose 10 kg in 8 weeks. So 5kg in May, and I'm starting late 😁
My biggest weakness is sugar, I'm fully addicted. But hoping to get over that this month.

I weighed 71.7 this morning. That makes me happy. I have to keep pushing to get past the 70s. I have had the longest time around 72kgs. I plan to be about 5 kgs lighter for a wedding in august. so if I can be under 70 by the end of this month I will be very happy. welcome to everyone who has joined this month. good luck, marie.

Back in for May. I just downloaded the couch to 5km app and am going to start tomorrow - I have been walking most mornings at a brisk pace for 40min but want to bump it up. Food wise was dismal last week as we were in Italy and then Germany for a wedding and I was enjoying myself a bit too much.
Stocked up at the fruit and veg shop yesterday and trying to drink much more water. I'll weigh in on Fridays (65kg today).

I've been on a journey since April 2015 to lose the 20kg I put on when I quit smoking. I've lost 16kg but can't budge the last few. I've put 2kg back on the last few weeks just being lazy and eating crap.
I have a set meal plan from my dietician and I walk a lot (back injury and bad knees so no running or high impact exercise for me 😁). Plan to get back on the treadmill this week and do at least 2 step aerobics workouts.
I need to at least maintain my current weight for my wedding next year so my dress fits lol but losing those last few kilos will be great.

Checking in. Ok day, just ate dark chocolate but that's allowed because I don't consume a whole block! Nearly at 1500 cal. Ran 20 mins on the treadmill today. Now to try not to eat until bedtime 😁

Weigh in day at boot camp and my weight is the same but I have put on 1/2 kg of muscle so I will take it as a win
