We considered it, but only really to avoid the truly awful combinations like Harvs mentioned.
Neither of our kids have particularly pleasing initials (SCR and XQR), but they're no VAG or FUK

Thought about it. Was not a huge consideration.

We've got TMA and this Bub will be EFA.

My brother's are JXLS and we've always called him Jaxels as a results.

A friend of mine legitimately uses the title Dr. Problem is she was still living at home when she graduated and he dad kept opening the mail - he was Doug Roger (or something like that) and used to opening mail addressed to DR Surname.

DS is turning 2 in less than a month and I have never thought about his initials.

    He is ZJR.

It really doesn't remind me of anything at all.

Sure do! It's something my mum always told me to consider. My younger brothers initials are RAT and the names my parents liked for his twin sister would of been HAT. Mum decided that she couldn't have twins that were RAT and HAT lol
When my husband and I were looking for names when pregnant with our first I wrote a list of heaps I liked and one the initials were FAG so crossed that one off.
At one of my old jobs we had an employee code which was made up of part of your first and last names. Mine was TOOL so sometimes you just can't win haha
