Red face Cycle! Y u so confusing

SO, I've seen the doctor. He said going off my pretty much super regular cycle and another look at my blood work, I wasn't just irregularly late in February, I had an early mc. I was pretty down at the time because he had said I wasn't pregnant, he told me my bloods said no and the HPT results weren't super positive, very faint almost invisible ones, but I FELT different that month, which was why I got him to re-check the results, which at 40 days the HCG was 22 (which going off my cycle was the reason they sent back a neg result as I likely had already started losing it.
So, I'm (according to the O calendar) most fertile from 9-11apr, had me some woohoo day 11, 12, 13 so not super hopeful for this month, but fx anyway. I am getting some O pee strips so I can track my cycle a bit more closely if there's no jelly bean this month.

    Hcg 22 is positive.

I'd start tracking basal body temp. Just because you have a regular cycle doesn't mean you ovulate mid cycle. Good luck.

Huh? If you have a 33 day cycle you should be ovulating around cycle day 19...or do you mean you dtd the 11th, 12th, 13th? Sorry just not sure if you mean cycle day 11, 12, 13 or the date. Good luck

Yeah sorry I meant the 11th 12th 13th of April. Doctor said that with the paperwork they were given saying I should have been at 6+4 they returned a negative result because hcg should have been much higher, thenAF turned up
I am getting a basal thermometer and some O tests so I'm sure, but like I said I can pretty much always tell when I O

So day 32 today, boobs have been super sore for a week or so but I am due 'tomorrow' ish (usually only slightly tender for a day or two beforehand, feels like a herd of elephants had a party on my chest). Maybe just picking symptoms because we have been TTC for over 7 months now 😕
