Thanks @Charlie74. So normal Synarel, puregon and menopur tonight and tomorrow morning I should Do Synarel and then at 7pm when I usually do Synarel, puregon and menopur do I do that? Or nothing and just trigger at 10:30pm? I wrote down all the stuff about no injections Sunday and fasting from midnight, when to ge to the hospital etc and didn't write down the important bits. I'm such a dill.

I would call your clinic and check with them, I think usually though you do your normal injections on the day of trigger and then its nothing the day after /day before epu. So sunday would be nothing.

I was put on a long regulation to get more even follicle growth, don't know if you have tried that?
Hi @Bongley. Thanks for the encouragement. I've just done a down reg cycle but I always seem to get a big one that I've been told this time is a cyst. It seems my body no matter what dose of stims can only can get to 7-10 eggs. I started with 10 in my first stim then 9 then 8 now the nurse is saying maybe 7. I guess I'm just running out of eggs.

I'm almost certain I'm right to do it at am as Epu is exactly 48 hrs after right??
@Caesardust my FSs have always triggered me 36-38 hours before EPU. Is there an emergency number you can ring, or is the clinic open in the morning?

I'm thinking of getting immune issues tested and maybe a scratch? I don't know it's all so hard.
My FS and other doctors have treated me with immune protocol for endo as apparently there is an immune link with it. That was just with pred and then when Adenomyosis was diagnosed intralipids were added. Aden is not easily diagnosed, although I think it is common in 40+. I'm not sure of my NK status. I do have the MTHFR 1/2 gene and that is treated with extra folate. What support meds were you on? Do you have a normal luteal phase?

I'm concerned though that those follies are already so big so stimming tonight and tomorrow night is going to fry my eggies. I've contacted the FS again (oops) and asked her to check my scan results from the nurse and get back to me tomorrow.
