@Lastchance75 I've had a OE PGD normal fail and from my readings it is not uncommon. I was on full immune support with Wazza when it failed. I'm now in TWW with 2 more OE normals and am not feeling positive. My understanding is that PGD normal is just part of the picture and they often don't work, they just have a better chance than an abnormal. They can still result in miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, and blighted ovums. Do you have endo or Adenomyosis?

Hi @Gagingi apparently I do have endo. Not that I would ever know it. They found a bit of it at the beginning of last year. Yes Pgd can still fail I just would of thought I'd at least implant considering it was 24 year old eggs and I've had my own 40 year old eggs implant.

I'm thinking of getting immune issues tested and maybe a scratch? I don't know it's all so hard.

Good luck with your tww, I hate that time period of just waiting and wondering. It's torture.

Sorry tegs no I don't have high blood pressure. Hope your ok.

I haven't caught up on the thread tonight yet so forgive me intruding but I'm panicking. If the nurse told me to trigger at 10:30 tomorrow and then Epu is at 10:30am on Monday then the trigger would be 10:30am tomorrow right not pm? I'm almost certain I'm right to do it at am as Epu is exactly 48 hrs after right??

@Caesardust - my triggers have always been ovidrel and its 36 hours before EPU. E.g EPU Fri morning 9am means trigger 9pm Wed night. I know some triggers have different timeframes.

No, I've never had high BP from Progynova Luv. Surely there's a Gynae on duty who they can ask???

Who's your FS?? Is there an emergency number they can call to liase with him/her??

@Caesardust I remember BiB staying up with me really late on my OE cycle trigger, so yep, about 10.30pm and I definitely had a morning EPU, timed to the correct hour. Do they have an out of hours number for you to call? What are you triggering with and the dose?
ps: I just looked up mine....Pregnyl 10,000 36 hours prior to EPU. Ovidrel 250 or 500 is also 36 hours prior to EPU.

Thanks ladies. I'm glad I checked with you. My FS is away but have managed to page another one. I reckon it must be 10:30pm then but I'm also wondering whether to keep stimming til then. This is the trouble when you take ivf calls whilst at work in a hallway between meetings!
