@Tahli Well, he was a B2 on day 5. If they'd grown him out to day 6 then presumably he would have reached a higher grade. I've heard of early blastocysts resulting in a pregnancy, I think it's when you're talking about morulas that it gets really sketchy.

The embryologist at Genea told me they don't freeze any blastocysts that haven't reached expanded blast by day 6 so I always assumed anything frozen must be pretty good but obviously other clinics are different. It's not terribly straightforward is it?

Hi ladies. @Tahli fwiw i think a zen cycle with a thaw all 3 and see what happens approach sounds perfect. Follow up new DE fresh cycle from your twin if you need to.

@winsor it would be so difficult to think of all future issues that may or may not pop up. I really think with great parents it wont be a problem as you will work through them as a family unit as they arise. Kids need unconditional love as you know to get through life no matter what it is they face. If they have support it will all be ok in the end. If its not ok then its not the end. Jmo fwiw.

I've just gone through all my medications. If I'm going to do a Zen cycle it still involves a lot of drugs, a good few are essential!!

I'd love your opinion on ditching the following:
Intralipids - 1 x 200mls (Dr M suggested 400mls. Would need LB to refer me.)
    Metformin - 1x 500mgs p/d (Dr M's suggested 1000mg. My body is used to 500mgs. Don't require another script.)
    Crinone - 2 x 80mg p/d (Dr M's suggestion. I would be injecting Gestone. Never had a progesterone problem.)
Dex or Pred with Caltrate (LB & Dr W suggest 10mg Pred, Dr M suggests Dex. Moderate NK cells and homo MTHFR)

I'm leaning towards not doing intralipids or the 2 extra Crinone. I'm fine to take 500mgs of Metformin.

Nope...all sounds fine to keep taking Luv. If you were on Malatonin/DHEA you'd stop those too😊

@infinity888 I've never been told to stop coQ10 post transfer. Interesting. Do you know what the reasoning is?
I've just inquired about the 18 y/o twin but I'm pretty sure I'll be told to (politely) bugger off by the ED agency (the woman who relisted my original ED without consultation) until she's finished her April donation. *Update. Reply from ED agency "This is still underway" (referring to ED's first cycle). Uhm, thanks for those 4 words. Very helpful.
@Vixjc Could you get Zoladex on the PBS? So only $40 instead of $345. I know at the end of last year it changed to encompass endo, but I just wondered if you can get it for general IVF/ART reasons and prescribed by a GP. I'd like to use it instead of Synarel.
It's definitely not straightforward @Bongley. Thanks heaps for giving me hope though!
@faithandhopellove Would it be ok with you if I called my 3 embryos Faith, Hope and Love? If not that's absolutely understandable.
@BlondeinBrisvegas So ditch the steroids?? Keep taking the Metformin??
