Thinking of you woof. Bleeding is scary and hospital stays unpleasant. But you'll get through it and you and Bub sound like your well looked after. Enjoy the rest lol xx

Woof that's awful. Hopefully with a bit of rest whatever the issue is will sort itself.

    Thanks ladies!
No bleeding overnight so just waiting for the doc to do his round and then hopefully it is home for me!
Scary but all the midwives put me such at ease that I wasn't too worried. DH however got a bit terrified poor love.

    Yay for going home!
As sucky as it is, sometimes bleeds just happen. It always feels more reassuring to know the WHY but you're in good hands and your baby is happy and healthy and that's the important bit.
Sorry you've had a rough couple of days xoxox
Hopefully that's it for scares for you!

My goodness it is good to be home! Still no clues as to what caused the bleed but no more bleeding and all pre term labour signs have been ruled out!

    Yay!!

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend

Our little excursion to the hospital on Friday has got me a bit more motivated to pack my hospital bag! 27w4d today. I had it on my list of things to do before 30w but have been putting it off in favour of prettying up the nursery.

Putting the bassinet together today as well. My dad says the cot is about a week and a half off being finished (he's stripped it back and repainting it). But in between that he's also painting a chalkboard wall in bubs playroom.

It's raining today so tomorrow's job for hubby is washing all baby clothes so we can start putting them away. Then my job next weekend is stripping and washing all the cloth nappies we have.

Starting to get really exciting and 'real' ... But super glad it isn't that real, and knowing that hopefully I still have 10-12 weeks to go!

How's everyone else's nursery prep going?

As good a reason to get organised, though hopefully you don't need to be done too early!! Keep cookin bubba!!

I've started slowly washing through everything. Am doing wraps and things now, will move onto clothes once they're done.
Nursery doesn't really need to be done as we have a cot in the bedroom which is set up and ready to go.
But his storage unit and nappy table is all up and ready in nursery. Figure he will need a whole room to store all the crap we buy him 😂😂🙈

I also want to work on my hospital bag. I've been slowly buying things for it. Am prob nearly done now just need to actually physically pack it. Getting doubles in things I use regularly so I don't have to worry about any last minute packings.

Hey Woof... Has the bleeding stopped now completely? I had bleeding early this morning ended up at the hospital as a precaution and everything was all ok and ended up getting an anti d shot and sent home... My Dr wasn't worried at all and said these things happen still a little scary though!
I agree getting the hospital bag ready the nursery I have the furniture but still not assembled probably need to organise that is everyone getting there car seats installed professionally or just doing it yourself?
