My doctor has said that I need to get a laparoscopy, I'm checking with my health care to see if I'm covered as I only upgraded my health care a few months ago. Can anyone tell me where they got a lap done in Perth and costs in either public or private clinics in Perth.

Laparoscopy in Perth

I think they are pretty standard. Should be covered if you have private health with hospital. If you have pregnancy cover, in particular with assisted fertility, you will very likely be covered.
I had one privately in Melbourne, and only had to pay my hospital excess.
PS the procedure is straightforward and I was back at work in 2 days.
