I didn't have many symptoms at all with my two pregnancies bust tended boobies. A tiny bit of nausea in the morning but I would eat a cracker or a handful of nuts and it would go away. I was very lucky!

That was meant to say 'just tender boobies' but I'm leaving it there because I think it's funny 😂

Just an update, unfortunately minimal symptoms and low hcg were bad omens for me. Despite seeing a good strong heartbeat at 6w5d, it was discovered at my 10 week scan yesterday that the baby died at 7w2d. This is my second mmc and I'm devastated. The only signs I had were some brown spotting two days before scan. Glad that there are so many positive stories here, and I hope to have one too one day.

My symptoms at 6 weeks were similar. Nausea and headaches started for me at 8 weeks, felt like a mild hangover. Also had carb and dairy cravings but couldn't handle any meat. This only lasted a week or so and now at 10 weeks I'm feeling pretty good with the odd wave of nausea here and there but generally back to eating anything.

So sorry for your loss, can't imagine how disappointing that must be. I do think though that your symptoms at 6 weeks sounded very normal. I had my hcg tested once at 5 weeks and never again so wouldn't know my levels. It's hard to try not read into everything too much because every pregnancy is different but at the end of the day the worry is always there.
