    Default Boys Names

2 weeks to go until we find out who we have on board this time. I am quite convinced we are having another little man. Girls names are easy, DP and I agree on Evelyn Edith as he isn't keen on my other suggestions (Harriet, Beatrice, Penelope and Magdalena are my other faves). He likes Elizabeth but that is never going to happen!

DS is pretty set on calling bub Jabba the Hutt but it isn't really working for me. I love Travis, DP hates it. Other names I like are Albert (Albie), Alfred (Alfie), and Benji. I also like Vaughn and Harry but would only consider a name which has a decent nickname as bub's siblings both have them. DP hates all my boys names and his are awful. Middle name for a boy would be Arthur.

Anyone have any ideas for classic-ish names which can be shortened? Hoping coming up with a name will get us a little more excited and make it seem more real.

I love Arthur as a name!

Edward, Thomas, David would all go well.

My newborn nephew has been named Freddie, exactly as that, not short for Frederick.

Friends of ours have a Harrison (only gets called Harry) and an Archie, again not short for Archibald...it's just Archie, I really like it!
