    I'm sure they do, some people hit menopause in their mid-40s don't they? So even if you're still years away from it, I imagine it would be a gradual change rather than overnight... This is all just guessing, there's no science backing this up πŸ˜‚

    Maybe you need to add a few more calories to your diet if you're at the gym a lot.

    Morning girls. I'm finally feeling a bit better. Have been for a 30 minute run this morning. Hoping the back end of April will be better for me.

    Down to 73.8kg this morning, from 76.25kg on Wednesday - but I have had gastro for a couple of days, so I'm not counting that.

    So I set up my weight watchers app for weigh in on Monday not realising it would reset my weekly points when I only started on Wednesday.
    Any who. .. I've lost 1.5kgs from Wednesday to weigh in today. Great motivation to keep going. I've been trying to walk more and I've dropped some not so subtle hints to DH about getting a fit gear watch for mother's day.

    2.3kg gone this month. Another .7kg and I'll have hit my April goal.

    Only 2.6kg off UWG too 😁

    I have upped my cardio and backed off the strength training and in 2 days lost half a kilo after barely losing 100g in weeks! So I'm bumping up my cardio and being more conscious of only eating when I'm hungry and hoping to see some better results 😊
