Hope it's not too late to join! FS wants me to lose 10kg. I can't remember the last time I was under 100kg! I want to lose 6 to get to double digits again. How are you ladies doing it?

April Weight Loss Challenge
I weigh in tomorrow. I haven't been on the scales since last Wednesday. Tbh I had a crap weekend. Sleep deprivation really affects my food choices! When I sleep well I eat well.

Checking in at 68.5 this morning. And it was flickering between .4 and .5 😁
So that's a 1.4 loss so far, very happy with my progress.
I think my breakthrough was to batch cook for my work lunch. No more sushis but instead a more filling lunch packed with veggies.
Also discovered the simply less Coles chocolate which help me with my sweet cravings.

Wow, you girls are going so well! I ended up going for a 20 min jog and my legs and hips have been so sore ever since. Mon and tues have been good so far. I have tomato and veg soup with herbs for dinner. Tonight i am having bolognaise but with zuccini squares instread of pasta. I would like to get a Veggeti zuchini slicer. I think that us what its called. I nearly bought the worlds biggest kebab wrap for lunch but had a banana instead so i am hungry now..

Beginning of April I was 90.1 and weighed in last week at 88.9 so 1.2kg. Not weighing myself till next week as I am going to start walking on the treadmill it's been 6 weeks since I had my baby so I think I am OK to start walking. No running yet as I think I would knock myself out with my breastfeeding jugs haha why is putting on weight so easy and fast yet losing it is such a battle
Hopefully I lose a couple of kilos before the end of the month. I'm in the in between stage. No pre pregnancy clothes fit me but my maternity clothes are not fitting right and I refuse to buy new clothes in this size! Only 15 kilos

Weighed in this morning and haven't lost or gained. But I definitely feel better. I'm in week 2 of couch to 5k and will continue to be consistent with it.

Hi all. I'm following along. Well done to everyone who have had losses. It's hard yakka. I'm not going so well. I've had a virus and have been slack with eating and unable to exercise (which is a big part if it for me). Sigh. Will keep on keeping on!
