    I would try 1500 calories.

    Did you do your measurements before starting as well?

    I've never counted calories, seems like so much effort 😂 I might wait a few more weeks and see if things start progressive and if not I'll start counting calories.

    My PT took my measurements, I'll get her to check next week as she wanted me to do my current exercise program for 4 weeks and next week is 4 weeks 😊

    Feeling very frustrated ATM, have been good with my food & staying within 1250 per day and feel like I have a bit more energy to play with DS but the scales are not budging been stuck on 101 for a few weeks now.

    Been to my Physo for an ongoing back injury & he has given me some exercises to try & strengthen my stomach muscles & mentioned that could be why I am not losing the weight 😂

    Went to ds friends birthday party at McDonald's.. so I had a big mac meal and of course later one of the mums ask if I am pregnant. No I am not!!!!

    I don't weigh much and it's so hard to try shift the 2 kg which doesn't sound like much but on my frame is the difference between looking pregnant or not. Sorry for the vent.

    Hi gals. Am reading along. Had a good 3 days until last night when I had a meltdown (work related) and proceeded to raid the kids' Easter baskets. Good one! 😑. Anyway, I'm unwell with some weird virus and feel so gross today and have barely eaten - maybe it will make up for my binge...

    I hope you feel better soon teenie. I had fish and some calamari from the fish n chip shop today. I hope i am still on track for about 500 to 1kg loss. Will weigh it tomorrow officially. I do weigh every morning though.

    1kg down this week. will try and continue this next week- will pack some fruit and nuts and carrot sticks to take to work so I don't grab for lollies or chocolate if I get stressed. 5kg to go. am going for a brisk walk this afternoon.

    So I've decided I need to start doing some exercise but find it hard with my toddler, being a single parent and can't afford the gym.
    So today I got an awesome deal on a BSS site on FB and get a bench and some free weights so I started tonight doing some weights in front of MKR after she went to bed.
    Here come summer "guns"!!

    Hope it's not too late to join! FS wants me to lose 10kg. I can't remember the last time I was under 100kg! I want to lose 6 to get to double digits again. How are you ladies doing it?
