    Hi everyone well after a shocker of a weekend, i have been okay the past 2 days with food. Breakfast yoghurt and nuts, nuts for snack, fruit for lunch. Dinners have been pork and veg sang choi bow and haloumi and salad last night. I had a piece of easter egg. Drinks are black coffee water and camomile tea.

    I do Weight Watchers. I love it! Works well if you follow the program

    Weighed in this morning at 73.8. Trying not to let that deflated feeling come over me when I know I'd gotten down to 67 after DD was born. I had a series of stresses and sleep deprivation which cause me to not exercise and eat terribly. I feel like crap from eating badly so really want to eat fresh, wholesome foods. I'm a member of a gym and started couch to 5k today which I'll incorporate into a weights routine as well. I definitely felt so much better, mentally, after doing exercise. Snacking is a big trap for me too, so will do my best to limit eating to main meals and watch my portion sizes. Importantly I'll try to only weigh once a week, which will be Wednesday morning.

    I should add some goals. So..,

    CW 73.8kg

    By my birthday in 6 weeks I'd like to be 67kg

    Longer term (July/August) under 60kg. I was 61kg when I got pregnant with DD.

    I am generally doing full fat,:low processed carbs and small portions.

    Today, however, a beautiful lady at work baked morning tea. I enjoyed it but skipped lunch.

    Dinner was 4 organic chipolatas and salad.

    Weigh in sunday for me.

    My back is killing me. Its a long standing problem. I used to have a hired treadmill which was less impact than pounding the pavement ..
