    Can I join in for next month too? I didn't see this thread this month, I have lost 4kgs in the last 2.5 weeks and I want to keep it going! 8kgs more to go!

    End of April - 86.9
    Loss of 3.2kgs

    Really happy considering I'm breastfeeding and had a few indulgent dinners but I have mostly cut off the mindless snacking and the amount of bread I was eating!

    For May I would like to be in the 83s and keep up the exercise I started to do in the last week

    can someone please start up anew thread for may weight loss. ?? I don't know how to do that. ? ? I have managed to see 71kg a couple of times, but I seem to be stuck around 72. so frustrating. anyway, I am still aiming for 67kg by August. marie.
