In what period @Tamtam? Remember weight fluctuates a lot from day to day, going to the toilet can see me lose a few hundred grams, maybe you just need to go.

    A week. :/
So frustrating. I think maybe I'm eating too much salt. I really love salt on fresh tomatoes. ... and eggs...
    So I'm cutting it out.

First walk with my fitbit tracking me too. Nearly 5000 steps on 45 minutes. I can really only do this on weekends when DH is home. Will go for a walk this afternoon too! It's not a lot of calories but I don't care.
The sleep tracker is interesting though. .apparently I was restless 14 times. ..which explains why I'm always tired. I sleep awfully!

Yeah salt can make you retain water so hopefully by giving it up you'll see a quick drop in weight.

AFM, I'm excited for the public holiday to have time to cook a proper breakfast! I have a smoothie every morning and while its convenient and very nutritious, nothing beats a cooked breaky 😊

Yum @JR03 that looks great. I had 60 degree eggs made in thermie while I walked.
And weighed myself again and now I'm only 100g up. What's with that! Maybe I should edit my weight tracker!

    Yum @Tamtam they look good!

Were you dressed when you weighed yourself the first time? I find that my cotton pj shorts and singlet can add 300-400g!!!!

Got up for my walk today. ... off I go with DD in pram. .15kgs of her plus 14kgs of pram. ..walk for 45 minutes. Sweating. .. I did the same route the other day. Got home and my fitbit didn't recognize the activity!! I'm guessing because my hands were on the pram! ! Figured out how to manually add it. But it's not the same!
    Fail!!
