    Default Hayfever help

Just want to ask a quick question of hayfever/allergy sufferers...

What, if anything, helps you feel better when you have a bad dose of hayfever, after you've taken all the medications you can possibly take and still feel awful?

My DS1 has had an extended exposure to his allergens and is feeling really awful. I feel bad for him but don't really know what to suggest.

He's had a nice long shower, changed clothes, flushed his sinuses (well, tried to- they were completely blocked!), had an extra shot of nasal steroidal spray. ..

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Poor kid! You've covered most things - shower, flush etc. I always pop some eye drops in as well. Hopefully he'll start feeling back to normal soon.

Thanks! I've run out of eyedrops, I'll have to make sure I always have some. It's more his nose that bothers him anyway.
