Chin acne is generally hormonal but I'm not sure how its treated. I think seeing a dermatologist would be the best thing.

Default Persistent acne despite eating clean and exercising

@JR03 I have struggled with adult acne but have finally found something that worked. I've also seen dermatologists but they're solutions were either medication that I couldn't take long term or that I couldn't accept the side effects.

I'll pm you the details. The product has had lasting effects for me. My skins not perfect but I can now go make up free without feeling self conscious.

If you wouldn't mind could you also please PM me the details, too? My 16 yo DS has flare ups and had back to back courses of Roaccutane last year which helped heaps but it's starting to return, (not putting him back on the meds again, was never comfortable with the potential side effects and worried myself sick the whole time he was on it) especially the redness which he hates. Much appreciated if you can.

I know I keep harping on about pcos (not sure if you've been investigated yet) but I get cystic type acne unless I'm on metformin for the pcos or the pill or when I'm pregnant

Totally sucks being an adult with big blind sore pimples and nothing I did except treat my pcos worked because mine are hormonal.

    Good luck !!

I'll just post a photo for everyone. I was reluctant too as it's not cheap and can be difficult to buy. I also don't want to get into a debate about it with people who may not like the product. It's really easy to use and it is the only thing that's had a last impact on my acne. Will find a photo now.

I'm sure the majority of us have spent a small fortune on specialists and products. Most of us are willing to try anything. My next step is PDT which is anywhere up to $6000 depending on how many sessions you require.
