Thanks guys. I've slathered nappy cream on her. Yes I think she is teething.

I have bathed my kids in the lux soap flakes and clears up really bad nappy rash then just regular nappy cream which i used paw paw cream

Oh I have heard coconut oil in bath and applied may help too.

Daktozin and the corn flour talc was always my go to for nappy rash
