I think DS fave chicken dish is chicken risotto. He's 2. He eats more than i do every time. Dp requested it nearly every week and DS hooks into each time.

My son loves Schnitzel, he would happily eat it every night if I let him. He also loves lemon and thyme chicken, honey and soy chicken, chicken and bacon carbonara and roast chicken.

    Chicken crumbed and pan fried.
For the crumb, it would be bread plus dried oregano, salt, parmesan cheese.

Zemon zest, lemon juice, chopped coriander, garlicand seasoning in a bowl with a little olive oil. Throw in thin chicken breast strips or thighs, marinade if you have time. Grill or bbq or cook in pan. Serve on rice or even in wraps with salad. The flavour is so good.
