    Default Progesterone Under 30

    Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this but not ivf. I've done seven cycles of my own and now am on my 4th blastocyst transfer from an egg donor cycle.

I was aready on 3 Endometrin a day
    - At 4w 2d hcg 250 and p4 22.8

We then doubled Endometrin to 6 a day.

    - At 4w 5d hcg 1224 and p4 25.8

My doctor was surprised that my progesterone hadn't come up more.

I'm now back on the original 3 a day and have also added a 400 dose in the morning and night rectally (not as gross as you'd think!)

    More bloods on Tuesday.

Would love to hear from anyone who's had low levels initially that have come up?

Hmm not sure about those levels specifically, but I'm 7w4d - my p4 dropped to 50 at week 6 so I'm currently on p4 400mg three times daily + e2/p4 500mg combos three times daily.
After a week on the new regime it had picked up to 70 again. So there is room to increase your p4 supplementation if you get the pessaries compounded. The lunch time ones are a total PITA!
Best of luck, your HCG levels look good so fingers crossed.

Thanks for your reply. You are certainly loaded up! I'm on a total of 1100mg a day but if the levels don't behave on Tuesday, I'll ask about a compounded dose!
