Yesterday was a bit of a disaster and all I'm left with is a follow up appointment next week. Still very low and not sure if I can ever get out of this mess

You will. You just need to hang in there. A tide must reach its lowest ebb before it turns

Absolutely you can. You just need the right combination of support and it will happen. Until then, hold on tight (I know it is easier said than done).

If your GP isn't giving you what you need, could you seek a second opinion?

    Thinking of you x

    Hi

thanks for for thinking of me. I'm alive but not doing too well. I'm off to the doctor at the end of the week. I think it's just one of those things that I live in this fog of depression
