Desitin is the best for nappy rash. I use the curash nappy rash powder, and a thick layer of desitin once the area is throughly dry. After about two lots of this the nappy rash starts to heal up well and within 24 hours is almost gone. I haven't found anything that is better than this combo so far.

Desitin here too. It's the only one that actually stays on to give protection.
Stop wiping his sore bum too, go to showers after it.

Daktozin is my go to. With all 3 of mine it is the only thing that has worked ☺
