We have used a capsule for our first two children but I'm wondering if I should skip it this time.. Has anyone not got the capsule after having one with previous children?? Thoughts? Thanks so much 😊

Anyone not use a capsule for the 2nd or 3rd child?

I borrowed one for my first and it was useful. But didn't bother getting one for my second as I had an almost 5 yr gap and didn't feel it would be useful. I never regretted not having one with her. I got one for my third however, as doing the school run twice a day with a baby and a toddler I felt like I could use all the help I could get.

I had one for my first and didn't bother with my second. I sold my capsule with my pram and bassinette and couldn't be bothered paying for a new one to fit my new pram. It never bothered me

We had one for our first and rarely took it out of the car, whereas I took it in and out every time we went somewhere with my second. It was a lifesaver for us and definitely not the waste of money that I initially thought with our first.
If we had a hypothetical third, I think I'd find it even more necessary.

I have no intention of using one with no. 2. I've bought DS a new seat and Bub will go into his 0-4 seat.

Dd was in hers till 12 months and on days she fell asleep id.still her in the house asleep in it. Dd will be 26 months when ds is born and will definitely be using it again in car and pram for many months

I was vice versa - didn't have one for dd but then bought one for ds. He was in it until 10mths (I think) until he got too heavy and wasn't needing to nap as frequently. He went into the rf convertible until older.
Running around with dd and all her activities, I found it invaluable. I had a 2.5yr age gap

Also the opposite. Got talked out of getting one with my first and got one with my 2nd. 5.5year gap so was fabulous if nap time clashed with school pick up. He outgrew it around 7-8m.

We had one with our Ds1 (now 5 year old) and thought it was handy.
Now using one again with our Ds2 (5.5 month old) and its great, especially for school drop off & pick ups!

I had one for my second and didn't like it so didn't bother with my 3rd or 4th. Never missed it.
