I well and truly over pack when it comes to the nappy bag and I just use oversized handbags. I make sure it has a long shoulder strap, as well as short handles, and some small pockets on the inside.

I have the isoki Madame Polly bag in green. it's huuuuuge. very spacious, fits everything in and I still have room to spare.

got mine on spesh at a baby expo for $50, have seen in baby stores for closer to $300 though. price on that website seems quite good though!

I'm a fan of Ju-Ju-Be myself - heaps of different options and prints, machine washable - they're great!

I've got the vanchi indie holdall. Looks like a large caramel leather handbag (think it's pleather) but has heaps of pockets (exterior and interior) plus matching change mat, bottle warmer, wet bag, dummy holder etc. Love it.
