I've looked at MBC website but I mean like a chart
I normally get little aches and twinges 2 or 3 days before ovulation then on the day of ovulation I get quite full on cramps and generally need to take panadol and use a heat pack. I quite often use the stick on heat packs too if I am at work.

I work in childcare so there is no such thing as just having a cruisy day if I'm not feeling the best! 😂😭
@brodiesmummy2011 good luck with your bloods! I hate needles too!! The lady at the hospital the other night who did my blood test and put the cannula in just laughed at me when I screwed my eyes shut and started moaning and getting teary about it, especially because I have a tattoo from shoulder to elbow on the same arm as she was doing it on haha

I work in freight forwarding, so its not too bad.

Bahahahaha that's classic! Tattoos are a different pain to having blood taken though aren't they?

Hopefully it's a sign for you

I've had the same both cycles where I've gotten AF and been pregnant, so not a sign for me
