I have two blasts on board!! Woo hoooo!!!
One is an expanding blast that should hatch in about 12 hours and the second should hatch about 6 hours after that. Dr W said that for frozen blasts they are "excellent" and he's never used that to describe my other embryos so I'll take that!
Then immediately after the transfer, while my legs were still in stirrups and vagina still on full display, the embryologist opens her little hatch window to convey how excited she is about their quality, and again calling them "excellent".
My nurse whom I'd never actually met in person before helped with the transfer and we got on like a house on fire and she stayed with me for about 15 minutes afterwards with both of us laughing so hard I was worried the embryos might pop back out again!! She rubbed my belly for good luck and was gorgeous.
Both my nurse and Dr W are now familiar with the term Crinone Squat @BlondeinBrisvegas and were greatly amused!
Im so happy and hopeful. I know it's a long way to fall if it doesn't work but for now I'm staying in my happy bubble!! Yayyyyyy!!!

I'm so ridiculously happy and excited. It's like some-one swapped my Gestone for happy drugs!!
CFC thawed 2 of my embryos at 9.30am and they called me at 10am to say they'll update me on their condition closer to my transfer time at 1.30pm, which is in 1.5hrs. Please, please, pleeease universe give me something to transfer!!

It's 3am here and I can't sleep so I'll concentrate on sending sticky baby vibes your way hon! A massive good luck to you

I took a look at the Sands website and they have a brochure for family and friends. Maybe I should post some out. :/

@Lastround I don't know much about immune issues but I would definitely be looking into further investigations. Sending you hugs and hoping the vodka has kicked in.

I think the universe owes us a few BFP's on this site. C'mon Baby Cakes.

Anyone here looked at hiring/buying a doppler? Don't know if I am losing it but I feel like I need that reassurance.

Hi hon I think it's only understandable that you'd be feeling nervous with everything you're going through ATM. Never had the need for a doppler myself but the one comment I have heard several times over is that unless you really know what you're doing with them they can induce more worry than if you never had one. I think sometimes for the un-experienced hand it can still be difficult to find a HB depending on how bubs is lying. Still, if you think it's a good move and will bring you reassurance, go for it! If you're not entirely sure though I reckon your Doctor would surely prescribe extra scans periodically to ease your mind, especially in light of your circumstances.

I've done all of that before though other than the high dose of stim drugs. I get about 7-9 eggs and last two stims 2 frosties. I feel though that it's been money down the drain however the FS reckons it's just a numbers game. The new clinic charges a LOT more but will do Pgd and lap which I figure I need at this stage but I'm just so desperate to get going again. I think it's because my brother will be due in June and I just so desperately want to be pregnant by then (and a long time ago too).

Hmmm, honestly? I reckon I'd wait. Not because you're not getting the numbers or the gradings, but I reckon PGD testing is probably the way to go. I, of all people, should know that an A Grade emby might look lovely on screen but when you get to the core of it may not necessarily be The One. I understand the want/need to get pregnant ASAP, but more importantly than that - you need to get pregnant and be able to hold onto it. PGD testing might bring you that final and most important step.

    Your choice entirely though hon!

It's something that affects me too due to my "mental health issues"

Today's probably still a wee bit early, but a squinter would still be more than welcome wouldn't it????
