Hi ladies, I had an app with Dr M and he said he would prescribe Dex for me. Just wondering if any of you used Dex rather than prednisolone and had success? And also is Dex actually safe for pregnancy? I'm a little worried.

I took dex instead of prednisone on my last try. It's safe, you just have to stop sometime before 9 weeks or something. Lying in bed with my four week old right now

I was on Dex then at 8wks preg switched to Pred, which he will get you to do if pregnant.
    Good luck 😊

Hi hancamp, I recently found out I have MTHFR and got a consult with MTHFR support Australia who advised that if you have MTHFR you should not take folate.. I can pm you what they have prescribed for me if you like? While Dr M is great with nkc etc I'm not sure he is fully across MTHFR.. I have also done LIT and Neupogen and no success to date. Next cycle he will be increasing Neupogen.

@SalSA2015 sounds interesting. I am very curious what they prescribed you instead of folate.

Hi @ange1111 I started pred around day one of my period so not the week prior. How many mg are you on? Not sure about the Intrapilids as I haven't had it and haven't had my appointment with Dr M yet.
