    Hello everyone. I've been following along quietly. Would love you join and get some accountability so I don't slip!

    SW 95.7
    CW 93.2
    GW 89.5
    UGW 65

    We've been eating fresh and healthy for a few months and taking walks a few times a week. Just the other day I started running laps of the backyard and lost a kilo in 2 days. Definitely need to do more of that!

    For the last 10 days I have been pushing myself to get my daily KM to raise money for people with Disabilities in the for fit sake challenge. I am am very happy to say I have reached my goal of 50km in 10 days. I know that doesn't seem like much but with nerve damage in my legs after a back op walking for long periods of time gets very painful. I have also been logging my food again this week so am hoping for a good lose on Saturday.

    97.4kg this morning 😦 1kg up from last week. Gotta get back into exercise and get the scales going in the right direction. Also going to try real hard not to weigh myself until next Friday. Will be tough, I'm usually a daily weigher.

    Lost 2.1kg this week!

    Quite pleased to have shaved 2/3 of my holiday weight gain. Another 900gr and I'll be back to my pre French trip weight 😊

    I told a friend I had 5kg to lose before getting back to pre pregnancies weight and she gasped as if that was a massive amount!!
    If only she knew that I already lost 13 kg and I actually have 6 more to lose, not 5 😅😳

    I joined the Jan and feb groups but put no effort into it so have been quiet in March group.
    Just weighed in 2.4kg down for the month so far
    Have been basically low carbing. Yog and fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and as I'm out 3 evenings a week either skipping dinner or having a shake.
    Not sustainable I know but my aim to be 5kg less by op at Easter May actually happen.

    Default March Weight Loss

    Haven't posted in a while. Mon my 3rd fast day for the week.
    Yesterday I was 80.1 and today 80.5kg.
    I've got my endocrine specialist review on Thursday and I'm desperate to be in the 70's.
    When I saw him last I was 102kg!

    Target is 69kg. It's so close I can taste it!!

    Don't feel so bad we all have our bad days. I have decided to stop thinking about being on a diet, if after drinking a glass of water I still really want it I just have it.
