    After being on holidays for the past 2 weeks & falling completely off the wagon, I have written off the last 2 months & restarted again today, I have brought new plates to try and cut my portion size down and will be increasing my walking. Hopefully this month I see a difference.

    SW 101.8kg

    im here, still around 72kg, been there for four months, !!! i am going to be working out at the gym for one hour each day, instead of the 30 mins or 40 mins that i have been doing. also i will write down what i eat so i see when i eat the little bit extra. i think i fool myself thinking i dont eat snacks too often. I will be happy to be 70kgs at the end of this month. good luck everyone. marie

    I'd like to join too. With 2 bdays in the house the last couple weeks, I completely fell off the wagon I feel like I've put on so much weight I'm too scared to even look at the scale!!

    I'm joining too!

    I've been at it for 8 months now, trying to get back to pre-pregnancies weight

    Started at 84kg (I still can't believe the number when I write it down).
    Currently at 72kg.

    Ultimate goal is 65, goal for this month is 69.

    So far the journey has been good yet bumpy. 2 4weeks trips to France + Christmas dos hinder the weight loss a lot. So I'm excited cause we don't have any silly holiday coming up for at least 8 months.

    I so want to reach goal before my baby 1st bday...!

    Hello ladies. I'm 34 mum to 3, aged 5, 3 and 1. A month ago I bought some scales and they said 80 kgs which is actually a gain from after birth of the youngest. Today they say 75. Happy but still another 10 to go. I don't do the gym because my oldest is special needs. But I've stopped eating junk food and upped the walking which with 3 rugrats is not fast. So, dancing while they nap is the ticket for now. Look forward to getting to know you all!
