    Hi MaybeBabyIVF

I hope your scan went as you hoped this morning. Is your EPU still scheduled for Thursday?

Nah they've canned my cycle due to risk of hyper stimulation so I'm not out and have to wait for my period and start a new cycle.

Hi Parbhu The transfer went well thanks. We got at least two good embryos in addition to the one they transferred that we will freeze, so we were really pleased with that . Now I'm starting to feel really stressed because it feels like everything has gone so smoothly so far that I feel like it's all going to go pear shaped now. Because we have unexplained infertility and we have no idea why we can't conceive (even though we conceived our 4yo dd naturally) there's just a fear every step along the way that that is where the problem is going to be (I hope that makes sense!). I suppose everyone feels like that during this process though.

Anyway, I'm at work carrying on as usual but I can help feeling that I should be at home on the couch just waiting for this little sucker to implant! The nurses said just carry on as normal though, just don't overheat, so that's what I'm trying to do!

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. It's such a roller coaster isn't it?

    Default Transfer

    Hi Ladies,
We had our transfer yesterday morning and I've been feeling a bit nauseous and my tummy is quite bloated and a bit sore. Just wondering if anyone else had similar symptoms? The clinic has said to take some Panadol and to keep my fluids up.. Thanks very much xx

    Hi CasD

I also had my transfer yesterday and I've been feeling crampy on and off and had a few twinges in my tummy.I've had similar symptoms after HSG scans (where they use a speculum and insert dye into your tubes). I haven't felt nauseous but I am bloated, but then again I have been since I started this cycle. Perhaps it could be an indication of implantation? I would say if you're still sore tomorrow maybe call your clinic?

@CasD @rmcl the 2WW is torturous!! So many symptoms, not sure what it all means. I've had plenty of cramping on and off but today my legs have been aching like crazy (so weird) and I got a bit of brown spotting this morning. Not hopeful. My first bfp cycle all I had was a bit of cramping (ended up having to terminate due to severe abnormalities caused by amniotic banding syndrome at 12 weeks), 2nd cycle had lots of cramping and brown spotting and was BFN and now on my third cycle. First time round my bfp showed a faint line at 3DPT so I stupidly tested and of course it was negative today. It's very rare to get a positive so early so have to try and remind myself that but hard to not compare to the past. Oh and I am always bloated with the oestrogen and progesterone so I can't count that as a symptom for me. My fingers are crossed for us all. We all need some positive news.

    Hi ladies,

Thanks for the well wishes for our transfer tomorrow. Of the 4 eggs that fertilised 3 are tracking along perfectly and the other is a little slower so hopefully we'll have at least 2 extras to pop in the freezer. We're booked in for 8am so will have to front up for a full day of work afterward which just seems so ridiculously normal it's weird!

Good luck to those who've started their 2WW in the last few days... here's to sticky sticky bubbas!
@MaybeBabyIVF really sorry to here they've cancelled your cycle, such crappy news.

Thanks @rmcl feeling a bit better this afternoon. I've been quite bloated with all the medication but this is definitely more than 'normal'.
Fingers crossed for us both on good news in a couple of weeks xx
