    Default Tax ...tips. .

    Been a SAHM for quiet a while looking after my babies. ..so I'll be to do tax this year ..
    I'm in CC and Studying...what tips can you share and what should I claim ...

    Laundry (if you have a uniform) zone rebate, stationery, text books and other study related materials and fees (provided this is directly related to you making an income).

    not sure why you'd say a zone rebate applies. they only apply to offshore or remote workers.

    It "may apply" and does in the NT.

    Default Tax ...tips. .

    Internet & mobile phone if used for work and/or study, travel between childcare centres or between childcare and school (college, tafe etc - this is assuming you are studying something related to childcare), craft supplies and materials you bring to work

    Sun protection (sun glasses, sunscreen & hat) although those last 2 are probably provided
