    Default Unable to self-settle

My15 months old used to be able to self-settle/soothe but in the past 10 days he has been waking ever 40 mins in his 2 days nap crying/screaming and every 1 hr or so in his nighttime sleep. He was also struck with a bout of fever and he is on the mend now. Whats happening??!

My initial thought is that at that age they usually begin to transition to the one day nap (14-16 months is average age) which could be having a knock on effect into the nights.
    Or it may be teething?
