    Default Best at home workout for busy Mum's?

    What workout would you recommend to do at home? I know there are lots on YouTube, do any of you have any faves or recommendations? I find if I don't get up early to go for a walk out there really is no time for me to workout. So I'm thinking whilst DS4 still has a nap maybe I can squeeze in a quick workout. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    She has heaps of different ones, some require equipment like hand weights but a lot of them don't.

    Jillian michaels 30 day shred. It's a short workout 30min and only equipment required is dumbells. It's also available on youtube.
