I used the capsules both pregnancies. Last one I started at 31w.

First labour 6 hours including 45m of pushing, second labour under 2 hours including two pushes. In terms of recovery, my uterus went right back into place. My second the recovery was very short. I was perfectly fine after birth.

Yep it was fine! I added 1/2 tsp of honey before I even tasted it but I think it would be fine without. Similar to peppermint tea I think.

I didn't think so. I quite enjoyed it. No sugar or anything. I've even had cups since birth.

It's not horrible but you do need to drink a few cups every day to get the same amount in a capsule.

I also did not mind it. I do drink a bit of herbal tea and the only one I dislike is chamomile.

It is supposed to also help AF symptoms so I might try it when AF comes back.

Yes, I'm not a fan of chamomile either. I'm not a huge herbal tea person full stop, but I honestly didn't mind raspberry leaf.

I had a cup without honey and it was fine today, just tastes a bit earthy like peppermint tea. I'm going to start with a cup a day and build up to 2-3 cups per day over the next week.

I have just started drinking the tea as well. I'll be 31 weeks on Friday.
